Our defining truth: forward momentum through shared resilience
At my core, I am someone who refuses to let a collision—whether a literal one on the pavement or the sudden, life-altering disruptions we all face—be the final chapter. But the true definition of who I am isn't just about my own survival; it’s about taking the lessons learned from the hard miles, from my grandmother Eva's porch, and from my community, and turning them into infrastructure that helps everyone else move forward, too.

Transforming adversity into tangible progress
When you engage with Andre Greene, you align with a leader who skillfully transforms lived adversity into tangible public progress. My work as a District 5 Commissioner for the Multimodal Transportation Commission. Along with the Disability Access Advisory Committee, my advocacy, and my writing are all driven by a singular purpose: to build a stronger, more resilient community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Rolling out San Antonio’s multimodal future
As the District 5 representative on the city's newly active Multimodal Transportation Commission, my hands are full with the rollout of San Antonio’s core safety initiatives. We are actively working on the implementation of the Bike Network Plan, pushing forward Vision Zero safety metrics, and executing the Complete Streets Policy. For me, this isn't abstract policy—it’s about ensuring our neighborhood corridors are safer, more connected, and truly equitable for pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and motorists alike.
"Andre Greene’s commitment to community and resilient leadership is truly inspiring. His work bridges the gap between personal experience and public good."
